I’ve always been intrigued by the marriage of technology leveraged to solve problems and stylistic representation that makes solutions more accessible. That’s why I’m thrilled to be studying Graphic Design at Virginia Tech!

I love creativity, visual appeal, and the power of design because it challenges me to expand my thinking to find and produce art in interesting places where people wouldn’t normally expect to see it. I’m curious about how things work, and I want the ability to build designs that create an impact on our lived experience. In terms of interpersonal strengths, I have a knack for bringing people together, so I see myself helping teams create valuable and unique products that reflect all of the talent behind them. As a creative professional, I am highly motivated and driven. I work well with others and enjoy team collaboration.

On a personal level, I’ve spent much of my life as an athlete, dancing competitively. I have a lot of passion and self-discipline. I set a high bar for myself, and I seek growth in life. These are foundations I built growing up that also serve me in the professional world.
